Aalto University Business Students (KY) is a student-centered non-profit organization that provides its members with services and benefits, student advocacy, and memorable experiences. KY has approximately 5,100 members who study at the Aalto University School of Business.
We are looking for a Corporate Relations Coordinator to join us 25.8.2025–4.9.2026. After this period, you have the possibility of continuing to work with us.
The corporate relations coordinator is the link between KY and its partners, and is responsible for the quality and continuity of corporate relations with their own brilliant work. Thus, the corporate relations coordinator plays a key role in financing KY's operations and supporting the career goals of the members.

In addition to this, the work includes a wide range of other responsibilities that develop the skills of the coordinator in areas such as financial management, leadership, and training.

Business relations and sales skills are easy to learn, so previous experience is not a limiting factor in the selection process, but can be seen as an advantage. The most important factors are self-confidence, an open-minded attitude, the ability to bear responsibility, learning new things, and the desire to develop oneself and KY.

The position of the Corporate Relations Coordinator is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The general office hours are between 10-16, but flexible starting and ending times are possible and sometimes required. The work is suitable for combining with studies. The salary is 1335 euros per month. It is possible to negotiate a performance-based bonus in the employment contract. You may use either Finnish or English. Once submitted, the applications are reviewed and scored as anonymised, by a group of 3-4 KY Office members. Invitations to interviews are sent out within two weeks after the application period ends. Interviews may include preliminary tasks to help us assess applicants’ skill levels. The final recruitment decision will be made by latest on Friday 9.5.2025.
