I’m Jaakko Koskinen and I started my studies in fall 2023. My major is ISM, and I’m just about to wrap up my bachelor’s. I always try to give my best and do things properly. I also have experience running a company and being on a board. I’ve done volunteer work outside of KY too.
Already in my mursu year, I got interested in KY’s volunteer activities, and maybe against the usual trend, I applied straight to committees instead of subcommittees. For the past two years, I’ve been helping develop tutoring as part of the Tutor Committee. Since August, I’ve also been working at the KY Office as a Corporate Relations Coordinator.
It’s really important to me to keep KY’s traditions alive, but also to help develop what we do.I hope we can highlight KY’s role in our community and bring members together. KY exists only for and because of our members.
