Hi KY! I am Juho, a fifth-year Business Analytics and Real Estate Economics student, and I am applying to be the chair of the KY Foundation. I have been active in the student community since my mursu beginnings, with my four years of experience ranging from culture, advocacy and the KY foundation. For the coming year we will continue and focus on the crucial task at hand, the new KY building. I believe that my extensive experience in the student community and foundation, with a loving motivation towards KY would make me the ideal chair for 2026.
My name is Otava, and I am a 23-year-old 4th-year ISM Student. During this year, I have been the Vice Chair of the Board at KY, responsible for finances and premises. This position has enabled me to contribute to what KY is today and what it looks like in the future, but I still have more to give. Next year, I want to use my knowledge as the Chair of the Foundation, bringing fresh ideas to the operations of the foundation and continuity to one of the most important projects in the history of KY.
I'm Valtteri Häkkinen, an ISM master's student and a current student member of the KY Foundation. Over the years, I've been consistently active in the KY community, and this year in the Foundation, I've enjoyed giving much of my time and perspective to the important work that allows KY to thrive without financial or real estate worries. For the next two years, I want to continue empowering the Foundation with my experience and insight by keeping up the good work with the board as well as in the committees, only this time as the chair of ToTo.
My name is Markus Broman and I am a MSc student in Information and Service Management as well as a CEMS MIM double degree student. I have been actively involved in the KY community through several roles, including serving on the Masters Committee 2025, working as an exchange student tutor in spring 2025 and acting as Head of Alumni Relations on the board of CEMS Club Helsinki. I am motivated to work for the betterment of KY students by protecting the Foundation’s assets and supporting sustainable long term growth that continues to create value for current and future students.
Hello KY! I’m Petteri Pynnönen, a fifth-year finance student, and I am applying to be a member of the KY Foundation Board. I have been actively involved in KY since the first day of my studies and know our community from both everyday student life and the decision-making side. Next, I want to use this experience to advance the Foundation’s purpose and ensure its decisions genuinely reflect the needs of our community. I believe my deep love & understanding of KY, strong motivation, and genuine passion for our community make me a great fit for the role.
