Join us for a trail running practice focused on serious elevation gain! This session is all about climbing, pushing your limits, and feeling your calves burn in the best possible way.

🔹 Trail or hiking shoes are recommended for better traction
🔹 Walking poles can be helpful for climbing (some libraries lend them out!)
🔹 The sun will set during the session – please bring your own headlamp
