Dear KY Members,
KY's membership register is changing.
We're switching service providers for our membership register. Since this involves a change in how member data is handled, our Privacy Policy has also been updated accordingly.
No other changes have been made to KY’s data protection practices, and no actions are required on your part. Your rights as a Data Subject and KY’s principles for processing personal data remain unchanged.
What this means for new students?
Starting this Monday, you can fill out the membership registration form directly with KY to become a member. If you've already signed up using the Suomen Ekonomit eLounge, don't worry, your information will be transferred.
What this means for current members?
If you're already a member, there's nothing you need to do, your info will move over automatically from the old system to the new one. Your membership and member benefits provided by KY and Suomen Ekonomit stay the same.
Where to find everything?
You can access your KY membership info, membership card, and important member updates at my.ky.fi. Later on the platform will also host KY Benefits and other add ons. When logging in for the first time, use the same email address you have used when signing up and request a new password.
As KY is a member association of Suomen Ekonomit, joining KY entitles you to their student member benefits and services as well. Check out these benefits on the Ekonomit website and through eLounge. Please note that there might be small delays in eLounge access for new members.
