Welcome, new master's students, to KY! You have made one of the top decisions in your academic life by continuing your studies in one of our great master’s programs. We want to welcome you to our great community of over 5000 business students and to Otaniemi, the heart of Finnish student culture.
At KY, we’re proud of a legacy that spans more than a century. Since 1911, business students from HKKK, now Aalto University, have been shaping student life by advocating for their peers, creating unforgettable events, and building a vibrant culture that’s felt across campus. As a former student union, we’ve always taken responsibility for our members, and that spirit is still strong today.
Now, as part of the Aalto community, we’re actively involved in Otaniemi life and work closely with other student organizations, guilds, and of course, our amazing student union, AYY.
We invite you to dive into the upcoming autumn with an open mind and discover everything Aalto, AYY, and KY have to offer. Whether your interests lie in corporate events, entrepreneurship, student advocacy, sports, or other academic and career-related activities, chances are, you’ll find your place here. And if not: starting something new is easier than you think.
