aTalent Recruiting is a recruiting company owned by KY, Prodeko and Prodeko Alumni associations. aTalent’s mission is to help companies find the right talents and offer relevant career opportunities for talents in the fields of business, technology and IT. aTalent’s story began in 2004 when the Guild of Industrial Engineering and Management, Prodeko, and the Alumni organisation of Prodeko founded a recruitment company called Prodeko Recruiting. KY became a stakeholder in 2012 and the company’s name was changed to aTalent Recruiting.
Our goal is to offer challenging and relevant jobs in the fields of business, technology and IT. We aim to give the best possible service to our applicants: all applicants get feedback at the end of a recruitment process and the possibility to discuss job hunting and application documents with our recruitment professionals. We also organise workshops and other training sessions in order to offer effective tools for job hunting. Every year hundreds of applicants land their dream job with our help!
